Seizures and, in particular, medically refractory seizures, are extremely common in patients with neurodevelopmental disorders, including persons with a disorder of the corpus callosum. This presentation will review the epilepsy treatments that are currently available, including medications, and alternative therapies such as vagal nerve stimulation, specialized diets, as well as indications for palliative epilepsy surgery.
