Keeping our kids safe at home and in the community is integral to everything that we do for our children. Between navigating insurance policies, individual education plans and therapy schedules we have become our children’s champion so that they may have every opportunity to succeed. In this session we will discuss aspects such as wandering, neighborhood hazards, interaction’s with law enforcement/emergency medical providers, strangers and other problematic scenarios as well as techniques to prepare for success in the event of situations beyond parental control.
